We insulated the interior walls of the barn and were working towards insulating the ceiling - which makes it a great space for storing equipment, boat, workshop, etc. The three separate doors on the barn are a good feature too which give more access and allow to use all spaces within the barn. The other smaller shed had a concrete floor in it and could also be re-skinned to match the barn and be another great space for storage. Likely saw during the showing - but all the blueberry bushes are still producing large amounts of berries as mature bushes. The bluecrop in the far S section are excellent berries that are a fun feature to the property - buckets and buckets of blueberries this summer - so much that many were left on the bushes. We planned to remove a few lines of blueberry bushes just S of the barn to be the location spot for the house build. We were progressing with the build planning process with Bouwkamp builders in town and had them out to the property to walk with us before we had bought it to identify any concerns (which there were none).
